2025 Plan Year Benefit Enrollment

You will now be using Bswift to enroll in benefits for the 2025 plan year. You can access the self-service Bswift online enrollment system by visiting: https://aspireliving.bswift.com

 

How to Register

Before signing on to Bswift, be sure to have social security numbers and dates of birth for any family members who you will be covering on your plans.

  • Go to https://aspireliving.bswift.com
  • Your username will be your first initial and your last name (e.g., John Smith = jsmith); no spaces, not case-sensitive
  • Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN as your password (you will be prompted to create a new password)
  • Click on the orange box that says “Start your Enrollment”

2024 Plan Year Benefit Enrollment

Are you a new hire?

If you were hired or became benefit eligible in the last 30 days, please take a moment to read the Employee Benefits Summary and Benefit Enrollment Guide provided below. If you do not enroll within 30 days, you will need to wait until the next annual open enrollment period in Fall 2024.

Did you experience a life event?
You may change your benefit elections during the annual Open Enrollment period or during the year if you experience a Qualifying Life Event. A Life Event change permits employees to make certain mid-year changes consistent with the qualifying  event. You have 30 days from the date of the event to enroll. This includes events that occur during the summer or holiday breaks whole you may not be at work. A list of qualifying life events can be found in the Resources menu options.
